Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags still attached.

To initiate a return, please email info@corlienkael.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within two business days with further instructions.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered. In that case, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

We recommend sending your return by tracked post. CORLIÉN & KAEL is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email within 5–7 business days. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the entire order was delivered incorrectly or in a defective condition.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@corlienkael.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange an appropriate solution.
