Orders & Sizing

How do your sizes fit?

Our pieces run true to size with a relaxed cut. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in centimeters. If you prefer a closer fit, we suggest sizing down.

How do I choose the right size?

The easiest way is to lay a similar garment you already own flat and compare its measurements to our size guide. If you are still unsure, email us at [email protected] and we will help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the Netherlands and the European Union, with free shipping on all orders. International shipping beyond the EU is planned for later this year.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–2 business days, and across the EU 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery. For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may add a few additional days.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Product & Care

Where are your pieces made?

Our collections are designed in the Netherlands and produced in small batches under direct designer supervision.

How should I care for my garments?

Care instructions are printed on each garment's label and listed on the product page. As a rule, we recommend washing cold, inside out, and avoiding the tumble dryer to keep pieces in their best condition for longer.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes. All prices shown include VAT.
