Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Additional destinations may be available at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 2–3 business days
Germany: 2–4 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available above a certain order value — any applicable threshold will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery via the carrier's website.

Customs and Duties

For deliveries within the EU, no additional customs charges apply. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your order is lost, contact us at info@corlienkael.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. CORLIÉN & KAEL is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
