Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to you at your cost.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
Please note that bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days before the refund appears in your account.
Original shipping costs are refunded for full order returns. For partial returns, only the returned items will be refunded.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
