We ship from the Netherlands to addresses across the Netherlands and the European Union. All shipping is complimentary — there are no delivery fees on any order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

• The Netherlands
• All European Union member states

We do not ship outside the European Union at this time. If you are located in another region, please join our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Free Shipping

All orders qualify for free shipping. There is no minimum order value.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Netherlands — 1-2 business days after dispatch
European Union — 3-7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs processing or peak shipping periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order at any time through your customer account.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
