Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering a binding contract.

Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images and prices on the Site are provided for information purposes. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details are error-free. Colours may vary slightly between devices.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of order applies.

Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your order. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.

We may refuse or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised use
• Violation of these Terms

Payment

We accept iDEAL, major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Mollie. We do not store your full payment details.

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Faulty Goods

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described within two years of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, designs and product photography — is the property of CORLIÉN & KAEL or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

The CORLIÉN & KAEL name and tulip emblem belong to Corlien & Kael V.O.F. and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions or government actions.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
